Proceed with caution... this panel can be used to reset the initial full manual reveiw and the latest ammendment to Zero.
This means that if the Initial Full Manual is Zeroed.. all agents in the company will be requried to Accept the full manual within the next 5 days.
IF the Ammendment is Zeroed then the currently selected Ammendment will need to be reviewed and signed off by all agents.
Warning! Never tick the Full Manual unless you want all agents to fully review the entire manual. This is ordered each year automatically so you should never need to do that. So be careful!
Warning! IF you make a relatively minor change to the wording in the ammendment... just make the change if minor and save it.. but if you activate this Ammendment button then every single agent that has already signed off the ammendment will be aggravated by emails to come back and redo the ammendment. So make an up front decision was the change important enough that all must reveiw again... or not.. if not then do not tick this box.. just make the change and forget it.... but that is a TOP management decision as the whether the change is significant or not.
